My granddaughter had to restore a lot of her programs from a “fix” the college data tech did for her, but even after activating MOPP a 2nd time on her laptop, I should still be able to install and activate on my laptop. Please advise how to fix this problem. Her laptop is acting up again and I want her to be able to have portable access since she has a lot of researching to do for her college programs.
